Halil Kardaş is a producer since 2010, he founded the ‘Film Code Production’ company in 2018.Film Code production works mainly in the film industry focused on European co-production markets by feature and short films. Film Code produced dozens of documentaries, TV programs and also services in the advertising sector. Meanwhile, Film Code provides production services to foreign producers who would like to shoot in Turkey, as minority partnerships or executive production. His latest produced film is ‘The Announcement’, won the Orizzonti Special Jury Prize at the Venice Film Festival in 2018.
