SYNOPSIS
8th. century Anatolia ruled by Byzantine emperor III. Leo, who faces Abbasid raids and pandemic and wants to unify his people. But the nuns in Nicomedia castle monastery near Constantinopolis reject his order and decide to smuggle holy relics to the east. On the other hand, Sayyid Abdullah and his friends were assigned to capture Nicomedia in order to clean the way of the Abbasid army, but they were attacked by Byzantine soldiers and remain a few. Instead of returning to Malatya, Abdullah insists to continue their raid with the Byzantine captive, where he’ll not only lose everything he has but also find things he wasn’t expecting for. Looking for his name and fame Sayyid Abdullah has to decide the vital question, what could he sacrifice more to reach victory he’s obsessed with?
