SYNOPSIS
The youngest son of Bestil family, Furkan, was shot dead in a wedding when the guests fired gun as part of the celebration. Investigations didn’t give any results and the police couldn’t find who killed him. After seven months from the incident, the story unfolds as one night someone knocks on their door. It is Tayfun who thinks that his shot hit Furkan. He argues that conventional mechanisms shouldn’t be involved in this situation for he didn’t kill Furkan on purpose, and suggests that only they can establish justice among themselves. He offers the family to kill him in retaliation, and brings out the murder weapon. The family refuses him fearing that it might cause them even more trouble. Then he wants them to tell him to take his own life. After consulting with a lawyer and a hodja, they refuse this offer as well. What they want from him is to give himself up to the police and not get them involved in it. Tayfun strongly resists this idea. Now, they must make a decision.
