IT MUST BE HEAVEN

“This Must Be Heaven”, starring and directed by Palestinian director Elia Suleiman, is unlike any film about Palestine made so far. In the film, the protagonist leaves his homeland and searches for a new homeland, starting from Palestine and traveling through the cities of New York and Paris. The protagonist’s search for a new life turns into an absurd comedy when he sees that his homeland follows him like a shadow in every country he visits.
