SYNOPSIS

Kerem, a businessman in his fifties, now lives away in the windmill he rented in a coastal town. One day, he hears a funeral announcement, and instantly his life overturns. At the funeral of a stranger, he nlends in and breaks into tears. But this changes all lives.

Kerem learns next day that funeral was of an engaged girl and the tension increases. Rumors are all over town. Things go out of control. Orhan, the fiance of deceased, beats Kerem out of jelousy. This casts doubt on the girl’s death falling from the cliff, alongside the arguing among town locals and the families as well. Questioning whether she fell or threw herself drifts everyone into chaos.

On the night of the wake, families fight, and the entire town gets involved. The town is now restless. Gendarmerie supervenes and it turns into a criminal case. Kerem, though part of this, goes on with this routine and builds a small bot. Orhan, changes his statement out of fear. He claims that she committed suicide. The town lapses into silence. Everyone is stumped. The grave is opened for autopsy in front of the whole town only to realize that it is empty.
